The material provided in this course includes such pertinent information as the Types of Guardianship, Role of the Courts, Role of the Guardian and Practice Protocols, Role of Attorneys, Adjudication of Incapacity and Appointment of Guardian Process, Baker Act proceedings , Guardian Reporting Requirements, Abuse/Neglect Issues, Social Services and Insurance, End-of-Life Issues, and Guardianship Termination.
